Two of the UK’s biggest brick and mortar tech retailers, Dixons and Carphone Warehouse, are in talks to merge.
The deal would put 3,000 stores and 35,000 employees under one corporate umbrella.
Dixons revealed that they were in talks to join forces with Carphone Warehouse, but nothing is set in stone yet. The two companies have until May 19th to work out the details and if they come to an agreement, the UK will have a mega-giant tech retailer on their hands.
